We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment, otherwise a 50% charge may be incurred.

Eligibility & Participation:  

1)Customers to have completed at least one service visit at participating location to be participate and be deemed eligible as an “Existing Referee Client”  

2)Customers must have never made a treatment or retail purchase at the participating Guinot location to participate and be deemed eligible as a “New Recommended Client” 

3)There is no limit to the number of “New Recommended Clients” an “Existing Referee Client” refers to the participating location

EXISTING REFEREE CLIENT

1)New Recommended Client must have completed their first appointment for Existing Referee Client to qualify and access their Free Gift and Offer Discount

2)Existing Referee Client must make a “Qualifying Purchase” within 30 days  of New Recommended Client completing their first appointment to qualify and redeem their Free Gift and Offer Discount. 

3)Qualifying Purchase is a single full price treatment over the value of €30. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other treatment offer including courses, skincare programmes, packages, multi-treatment purchases, gift vouchers and promotional offer vouchers   

4)This offer is subject to treatment availability, contraindications and at salon owners’ discretion, treatments are non-transferable

Offer Discount

1)Offer Discount is 20% off of the standard treatment RRP exceeding a value of €30

2)Offer Discount can only be redeemed against Guinot treatments including facials, body treatment and waxing all non Guinot treatments are excluded 

3)Offer Discount is subject to availability

4)Offer Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers 

5)Treatments cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit 

6)Treatments subject to availability 

7)Treatments must be performed at location of voucher issue and New Recommended Client redemption

8)Treatments are non-transferrable

9)Treatments are subject to standard T&Cs 

Free Gift

1)Eligible customers who make a Qualifying Purchase can claim a branded item as a “Free Gift”

2)Free Gift cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit 

3)One free gift per Qualifying Purchase

4)Free gifts are subject to availability at point of redemption

5)Free gift may vary and are issued at salon owners’ discretion 

How to Claim

1)Existing Referee Client can claim their Offer Discount and Free Gift after New Recommended Client has completed their first visit

2)Participants must claim their Offer Discount and Free Gift at the same time and in the same transaction as their Qualifying Purchase

3)If a refund is due standard consumer rights apply, refund will deduct the value of the Offer Discount 

NEW RECOMMENDED CLIENT

1)Existing Referee Client must hold a promotional voucher and make a “Qualifying Purchase” to participate 

2)Qualifying Purchase is a full price treatment or product over the value of €30. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other treatment or product offer including courses, skincare programmes, packages, multi-treatment purchases, gift vouchers and promotional offer vouchers   

3)This offer is subject to treatment and product availability, contraindications and at salon owners’ discretion, treatments are non-transferable

Voucher

1)Voucher is valid at participating location identified by the location address on voucher, alternative locations will not be accepted 

2)Voucher can be redeemed with a Qualifying purchase and will entitle New Recommended Client to Offer Discount

3)Voucher can only be used once, in a single transaction. Once voucher per transaction and per customer

4)Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotional sales, skincare programmes, treatment courses, gift vouchers and promotional vouchers

5)Vouchers cannot be substituted for any other item, exchanged or redeemed for cash or credit

Offer Discount

1)Offer Discount is 20% off of the standard RRP of first treatment visit and or first product visit

2)Offer discount applies to one treatment, therefore if the client has multiple treatments only the highest priced treatment will receive the discount

3)Offer discount applies to all products purchased on the clients first visit

4)Offer Discount can only be redeemed against Guinot treatments including facials, body treatment and waxing all non Guinot treatments are excluded 

5)Offer Discount is subject to availability

6)Offer Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers 

7)Treatments cannot be substituted for any other item, cash or credit 

8)Treatments subject to availability 

9)Treatments must be performed at location of voucher issue

12)The new client receives a 20% discount on their first treatment and product purchases

How to Claim

Eligibility & Participation  

1.Eligible customers must be a resident of the UK or Ireland and be over the age of 18 

2.These terms and conditions are applicable across the entire Rewards Scheme and any participation is considered as acceptance. The Rewards Scheme account, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Guinot which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation 

3.Participants are entitled to one Reward Cards membership only. Guinot reserves the right to refuse, merge or close duplicate and or additional accounts 

4.Participants must register their personal details and keep Guinot informed of any changes. Guinot cannot be held responsible for any loss of points or rewards incurred as a result of out-of-date details. Accounts with out-of-date details that have not been updated for 18 months will be removed and points and rewards forfeited.   

5.The Rewards Card, in whatever form, is not transferable, cannot be copied and can only be used by the member who is named and registered for the card 

6.Guinot may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Rewards Scheme membership, and / or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of:

a. any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme;

b. any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and / or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme;

c. any behaviour relating to Guinot that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information. 

7.Reward Scheme membership cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded. 

8.Participants can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to any points or Rewards already accrued or issued. 

9.Participants who do not collect any points for two years will be removed from the scheme and will need to reapply for new membership should they wish to re-join.  

POINTS 

1.£1/€1 Spent on Services will earn 1 point, £1/€1 Spent on Retail will earn 2 points 

2.Points can be earned on all products and treatments (excluding courses) 

3.Participants will be required to quote their Rewards Card number to collect points on purchases made through any phone transactions. 

4.Guinot may set a limit on the number of times points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. 

5.Points are non-exchangeable or refundable and hold no money value. 

6.Guinot reserves the right to deduct points for unattended appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice where a deposit has not been taken. 

7.Guinot is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value. 

8.Total points held will be shown on receipts

Thresholds & Reward 

1.ON ENROLMENT = Reward key fob & Branded Key Ring  

250 POINTS = Free Deluxe Sample  

500 POINTS= Free Upgrade from Hydradermie Youth to Hydradermie Age Logic  

1000 POINTS = Free Foot Peeling  

2000 POINTS = Free Branded Item  

3000 POINTS= Free Detoxygene or Hydra Summum Facial  

2.Appointments are subject to availability 

3.Free Foot Peeling treatments must be pre-booked and added to a paid service, they cannot be taken as a standalone service 

4.Rewards treatments must be pre-booked 

5.If a Reward treatment is cancelled, not attended or rearranged with less than 24 hours' notice, the participant will have the value of the points automatically deducted  

6.Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers 

Courses must be paid in full at time of booking, completed within 6 months and are non-refundable, subject to consumer rights. Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 48 hours notice may result in deductions from the purchased course.

1)Use of your Guinot Gift Voucher will constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions

2)Total value of the voucher will be recorded on the Gift Voucher

3)Gift Vouchers are valid for 5 years from issue date recorded on the Gift Voucher. Vouchers cannot be used after the expiry date

4)Gift Vouchers cannot be post-dated

5)Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against Treatments within the issuing Guinot salon

6)Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any offers, discount vouchers or in salon promotions 

7)Unused balance will not be refunded or attributed to any transaction after the expiry date

8)Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, returned for a refund or have their balance consolidated to a new Gift Voucher 

9)If a purchase exceeds the value or balance of a Gift Voucher, the outstanding balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card

10)Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed

11)The issuing Guinot salon reserves the right to cancel a Gift Voucher at Salon Owners discretion if they deem such action necessary

12)The Gift Voucher is issued by and remains the property of the participating Guinot salon.

Skincare Programmes must be paid in full at time of booking, completed within 3 months and are non-refundable, subject to consumer rights. Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 48 hours notice may result in deductions from the purchased Skincare Programme.
